Western Railway Route
  • Get down at Vile Parle (West) Railway Station.
  • Take an auto-rickshaw or taxi directly to Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach (approx. 10–15 mins).
  • Walk towards the beach section behind Novotel to meet our coaches.
  • Allow sufficient travel time to reach the venue before the 5:15 PM reporting time.

🏖️ Beach Activities – Important Information

Please read through the preparation checklist and event safety rules carefully.

What to Bring

  • Reporting Time: Arrive 15 minutes before reporting time (5:15 PM sharp).
  • In-house students: Mandatory JCG uniform.
  • Outsiders / Guests: Comfortable, breathable sportswear.
  • Hydration: Water bottle & napkin are compulsory.
  • Sun Protection: Apply sunscreen before arriving at the beach.
  • Extra Clothes: Carry extra clothes and a towel for the return journey (clothes may get sandy/dirty).
  • Changing Facilities: No private changing rooms available. Public toilets may be used for changing.
  • Snacks: Carry light finger-food snacks if required. Avoid heavy meals right before the activity.

Important Guidelines

  • The event starts strictly at scheduled time (5:30 PM). Late participants may miss activities.
  • Missed activities will not be repeated.
  • No last-minute cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
  • Event dates are subject to the company’s terms and policies.
  • Parent Participation: During Activity 1, only one parent/guardian per child may participate. Additional parent may watch from outside.
  • Parents are required to participate in all designated activities.
  • Single Child Registration: Registration is valid for one child only. Additional participants cannot take part unless separately registered.
  • Strict Sea Safety Rule: Children are strictly not permitted to enter the sea during the event. The company is not responsible for any incident resulting from entering the sea.
  • Participants are responsible for their belongings. The company is not liable for loss or damage.

Beach Event Rules & Regulations

Updated for Season Oct’26 – May’27 • Everything you need to know for a safe, smooth, and fun experience!

📌 Dear Parents, Please read all points carefully as it contains essential information regarding dress code, supervision, safety, and reporting for our 60-Minute Beach Class. We want everyone to have a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience! ❤️

1. Dress Code

Please ensure participants wear:
  • Jungle Cubs Gym uniform (for in-house members) OR
  • Comfortable sportswear suitable for beach games.

Please dress children comfortably keeping in mind the sun, sand, and active movement.

2. Parent Supervision

  • The child must not be left unattended at any time.
  • A parent/guardian must participate with the child during activities.

✨ This is an interactive parent-child experience, not a drop-off class.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Once payment is made, there will be NO REFUNDS or RESCHEDULING. Please check your availability carefully before booking.

For In-House JCG Students: Complimentary pass applies for 6-month & yearly packages. A missed complimentary event cannot be carried forward, transferred, or converted into credit.

4. Safety & Sea Instructions

Beach activities involve natural outdoor factors (slips, uneven sand, sun exposure, dehydration).
  • Strictly NO Sea Entry: Entering sea water is strictly prohibited at all times.
  • Parents & children are expected to follow all instructions given by JCG coaches.

5. Travel & 5:15 PM Reporting

  • Mumbai traffic is unpredictable in the evenings; we strongly recommend leaving early.
  • Reporting Time: 5:15 PM (Event starts sharp at 5:30 PM).
  • Late arrival may mean missing structured parts of the drills.

🏖️ If you reach early, you can enjoy the beautiful beach breeze before class begins!

6. Weather & Beach Conditions

Jungle Cubs Gym may modify, postpone or reschedule an event if weather, tides, or venue conditions are considered unsafe.

In any such rare case, our team will communicate revised plans in advance.

7. Personal Belongings

  • Please avoid bringing valuable jewellery or expensive electronics to the beach.
  • Jungle Cubs Gym is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

8. Photography & Media

  • Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for documentation.
  • Media may be featured on Jungle Cubs Gym’s website, social channels, and promotional highlights.

9. Keep Our Beaches Clean ❤️

Zero Littering: Please take back all wipes, tissues, food packaging, water bottles, and snack waste.

🌱 Let’s teach our young Cubs to enjoy nature while taking care of it!

10. Entry Verification

  • Guests & Non-Members: Keep payment screenshot / digital ticket ready for check-in.
  • In-House Students: Simply share your child’s name and centre name with the JCG welcome team.

1. Where exactly on Juhu Beach is the event taking place?
The event is conducted on the beach section directly behind Novotel Hotel Mumbai (Juhu Beach). Look out for the Jungle Cubs banners and coaches in uniform!
2. How does the Adventure Package Freebie work for in-house parents?
If your enrolled package includes the Beach Event freebie, entering your registered phone number in the entry verification screen will detect your record and make your booking 100% Free (₹0) for 1 child. Additional bookings can be made at the standard fee of ₹599.
3. What is the age criteria?
The 60-Minute Beach Adventure is specifically curated for young explorers aged 2.5 to 6 years. Drills, team games, and yoga are tailored for their stamina and developmental milestones.
4. Are parents allowed to participate with their child?
Yes! One parent per child actively participates in the designated games and drills. A second parent may accompany to watch and cheer from outside the activity perimeter.
5. Are children allowed to enter the sea water?
No. For safety reasons, entering the sea is strictly prohibited during the entire event duration. All activities are conducted exclusively on the dry/soft sand area.
